What deposits are required?
Security Deposit is $500 up to an additional 1 month’s rent contingent on credit. Pet Fee is an additional $500(Non-Refundable).

Yes
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st and is charged a late fee after the 3rd.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent payment is made online at www.Domuso.com.
Are any utilities included in rent?
No.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Electricity, water/sewer, Trash Service & Pest Control
Who is my cable/ internet provider?
COMCAST for cable/internet or AT&T for internet
What if I need maintenance?
he property has a full-time maintenance team that are also available for Emergencies during off business hours.
Where can I find a copy of my lease?
You may request a copy from the leasing office.
Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?
Yes, all units have both a washer and dryer
Are single occupancy rooms available?
No
How do I add a roommate?
You may add a roommate by completing the roommate addendum and application. $100 application fee is required for screening of additional applicant.
Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
First come, first serve parking.
Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed?

Is the community pet friendly?
Yes.
What is the pet policy?
Up to 2 pets of 100 lbs. maximum weight. No aggressive dog breeds permitted.
What are your restricted breeds?
Akitas, American Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf dog mix.
Can I sublet my apartment?
No.
Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?
Yes, if made payable to The Exchange Lofts.
Are your apartments furnished?
No.
Can I pick who I live with or do you assign roommates?
Yes, and we do not assigned roommates.
Are we aloud visitors? Do they need a visitor pass?
Yes, and no visitor pass required.
Can visitors use the amenities?
Yes, if accompanied by the resident.
How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?
Contact the Leasing Office during business hours.
